WHO ARE THE
FIGHT DENTISTS
Dr. Silva Battaglin and Dr. Adam Persky, known as "The Fightdentists", have been a husband & wife dental team since their 1990 Graduation from Boston University's Goldman School of Dentistry.
They first practiced dentistry in Toronto for 12 years. While building a cosmetic & family dental practice, they became advisors to the Ontario Minor Hockey Association, and association that has over 300,000 youth hockey players in its membership. The Doctors spoke annually at the association's annual meeting about the importance of wearing a good mouth guard. They were instrumental in having the Ontario Minor Hockey Association adopt tougher mouth guard guidelines for all players.
In 2002, the Doctors moved to Las Vegas where they encountered Boxing, MMA Gyms and the UFC. Further work and research with athletes inspired the creation of Fightdentist™ mouth guards. It was shortly thereafter, the Fightdentist™ brand quickly became the fixture mouth guard in the Las Vegas contact sports world.
Based in Las Vegas, Dr. Battaglin and Dr. Persky have the Fightdentist Shoppe, a Boutique Dental Practice for MMA Sports Fight Shop, and continue to provide custom mouth guards and dentistry to the active sports industry.
